Childrens Poetry Bookshelf
The Poetry Book Society, which runs this site, also runs the only children's poetry book club in the world. The Children's Poetry Bookshelf Selectors choose the best new and backlist children's poetry written for 7-11 year-olds.
Teachers and librarians can join the CPB and receive a parcel of children's poetry books each term, together with activity sheets relating to the poems. Parents and other adults can buy a membership for a child and have the books sent to them.
